Watson had its chance, but pervasive managerial dysfunction at IBM doomed it. This is IBM's core problem that I tried to work on, but alas politics is rampant internally.

Like Skype lost to Zoom, will Siri lose to Watson by moving too early? Will DeepSeek beat Watson due to IBM's [insert MSM talking point here]? Is it even going to appear as a contender anymore or is Alladin waiting to get the Intel gov't buy-in, too?
